We work inside other people's campaigns and initiatives. And we build the public-good tools the region does not have yet.

We design the initiative with the people closest to the problem: theory of change, systems mapping, the shape of the thing before it is built.
Implementation & delivery
We turn a plan into a running programme, and build the local capacity to keep it running without us.
Monitoring, evaluation & learning
We design measurement that shows whether the work is working, and feeds what it finds back into the work.
Campaigns & engagement
We build new pathways for communities to organise, be heard, and shape the decisions that affect them.
Across climate and environment, food systems, health, inequality and conservation. We work with civil society, governments, funders and communities, wherever the need meets what we can genuinely contribute.
